Organizational Changes in AFT
Here's a quick summary of the organization changes:
- Shan Beckley has accepted an opportunity in another PCC
division, and has been replaced as President by Marc Roberts. Marc
arrives from the PCC Structurals Division in Portland, Oregon.
- John Gaspervich has accepted an opportunity in another AFT
division, and has been replaced by Steve Perruzza who now leads the
Thixoforming division.
- Mark Rose leads the MIM division.
- The planning and customer service departments have been
consolidated under Steve Trembly. The change streamlines scheduling
and manufacturing, and will improve response to customer needs. Denise
Lee and Lillian Duran report into Steve Trembly's group.
Other notable changes:
- Greg Raleigh has moved from Sales Manager
into a divisional cost-savings role. The transfer allows the company
to leverage Mr. Raleigh's strengths in engineering and cost savings
while still keeping him available as a resource for Thixoforming.
- Andy Hanson is the Director of Technical Sales and Marketing
for both the Thixoforming and Composites divisions. Andy is now the
primary contact for all commercial issues in Thixoforming and Composites.
