Colorado Time Systems, a major provider of sports, scoring and display systems throughout the world, has been selected by United States Water Polo, Inc. as the official scoring and timing company. The terms of the agreement include a four-year program with a four-year renewal option.

As the Official Scoring and Timing System Company, Colorado Time Systems will provide scoring equipment and technical support for United States Water Polo major events from 2005 through the end of 2008.

United States Water Polo is the national governing body for the sport of water polo. The national office of United States Water Polo is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Their mission is "to increase the respect, recognition and knowledge of the sport of water polo throughout the United States and the World; to develop and promote the sport; to increase the number of and to increase participation by players, coaches, referees and volunteers; to conduct National Championships and international competition; to select, train and finance USA National and Olympic Teams, and to win medals in Olympic, World Championship and Pan American Games."
