Survey ResultsThank you to all who participated in our survey. Our Customer Satisfaction Survey asked how we can be more responsive to you and your needs. "The survey was conducted because we are striving for excellence," said President and CEO, Anita Sayed. "We won't rest until we fully achieve that." Survey results were shared with every member of the Colorado Time Systems (CTS) team. We appreciate the accolades and positive comments, value the criticisms and appreciate the opportunity to address concerns.
