New software updates offer major
benefits for Proven Systems clients.
Proven Systems upgraded their newsletter software to provide clients with
benefits such as advanced reporting capabilities. The upgrades provide
better, faster and more actionable reporting that helps clients prioritize
follow-up efforts with sales reps. The software also provides details such
as which prospect clicked on the newsletter then clicked through to visit
the company web site.
Additional upgrades to the software include tracking responses to eNewsletters.
As a result, clients can take advantage of reporting features. "We
can now provide reports based on the list of people who read particular
articles," said Proven Systems President, Marc Dube. "For example,
if our client introduces a new product or service we can run a report to
tell them who read that specific article."
With the upgraded software, clients can set levels of access to the reports
depending on the recipient. For example, the report security level for
the sales staff may be different than the report security level for the
marketing department.
Clients can also receive subscriber statistics conveniently by email on
a daily and/or weekly basis. Each report includes the total number of subscribers,
new subscribers and new unsubscribed e-mail addresses. The email reports
make it possible for clients to easily and quickly follow up with subscribers
who are interested in their products or services.
