If outsourcing looks like the best decision, then the next step is to find a provider. This is not the time to be focused only on prices. While pricing can be important, it should not be the deciding factor.

Be sure to compare a variety of outsourcing options. Then consider:

  • How will you benefit from the outsourcing company?
  • Will outsourcing free your staff to do a higher value function?
  • Will outsourcing help your staff stay focused on corporate objectives?
  • Will the vendor provide changes until you are 100% satisfied?
  • Is the vendor an expert in the tasks or projects you need?
  • Will the vendor work as a quality extension of your organization?
