A moderator is set up with a call-in number, conference I.D. and passcode to Time Warner Telecom. A conference administrator is no longer required to schedule and set up the conference bridge. The moderator can use the code each and every time he or she has a meeting. In addition, the moderator can use MS Outlook to find times and dates that will work with all the participants' schedules. With this integration of conferencing and calendaring systems, you now have a simple way to incorporate conferencing into your everyday work life.

Moderators for reserved or ad hoc conferencing can use the VoIP teleconferencing service. The ad hoc capability accommodates up to 24 simultaneous users and requires no interaction with the conferencing system to set up a call — allowing conferences to be completely spontaneous.
