Because we have invested in and operate our own extensive IP-based network, we are now one of only a few telecommunication companies offering a national IP voice solution to connect multiple locations. TW Telecom ONE SOLUTION REACH is a recent addition to Time Warner Telecom's VoIP product suite which allows companies to receive significant economic value and benefits along with superior reliability.

What does ONE SOLUTION REACH do for me?

ONE SOLUTION REACH provides companies the ability to expand into other Time Warner Telecom cities without the need to establish a physical presence. They will be able to place and receive local calls as if they were located in the distant cities. For example, a company located in Orlando may want to serve customers in Los Angeles but doesn't want to pay the lofty price of opening a branch office there. Time Warner Telecom's ONE SOLUTION REACH provides the Orlando-based company with a Los Angeles number, giving the appearance that the company is located in Los Angeles. In addition, Los Angeles customers are not charged long-distance when they call the company's virtual number.

Time Warner Telecom offers three options through our ONE SOLUTION REACH service — VirtualReach, LocalReach and EasyReach, each designed to meet the specific needs of a business.

• VirtualReach allows a company to receive in-bound only customer calls from other Time Warner Telecom cities. For example, a Charlotte-based company could receive incoming calls from remote call centers located in Greensboro and Raleigh.
• Our LocalReach product takes multi-city connectivity to the next level. With this product, a company can both place and receive calls from a distant city without incurring any long distance charges. A Charlotte bank could have direct voice connectivity with its branch offices in Greensboro and Raleigh, or even Manhattan.
• EasyReach* is an inbound-only product with the capability of billing according to inbound usage. Customers using EasyReach "pay for what they use," meaning that pricing is based on per minutes of use. This allows businesses to focus on smaller markets and scale their use over time without committing to a monthly recurring charge per market.

Security and Privacy

All ONE SOLUTION REACH traffic remains on our powerful IP network and never travels over the public Internet between cities. This ensures security and privacy for both the company and its customers. In addition, businesses currently using Time Warner Telecom's legacy PRI or Voice T1 with PRI signaling won't have to buy IP equipment to use these products. And because of our cost-effective IP infrastructure, we can offer extremely affordable prices to enable you to expand to other Time Warner Telecom cities.
