US Spine Stars at the AANS

The 74th Annual Meeting of the American Association of Neurosurgical Surgeons provided the stage for US Spine to showcase its coveted product, The Facet Fixation System. This meeting of neurosurgeons from around the world was held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco April 22-27. The meeting began with our first ever surgeon training on the Facet Gun with key surgeons and agent principals in attendance.

The exhibit hall opened on Monday morning to an enthusiastic group of neurosurgeons intent on learning about the latest technologies and techniques to bring back to their practices. The US Spine exhibit experienced tremendous traffic due to excellent location, an aggressive pre-show advertising campaign and word of mouth from the surgeons themselves. Many surgeons commented that they came to our booth specifically to see "what everyone was talking about."

The US Spine staff manning the booth found themselves surrounded and speaking to several surgeons at the same time. In many instances, surgeons would return to the US Spine booth with their practice partners in tow, and demonstrate The Facet Gun themselves. All of US Spine's products were displayed but the focus was squarely on The Facet Gun. Several stations were set up to allow the surgeons to get their hands on the prototypes of the Facet Gun and understand the various applications where it could be utilized.

A record number of leads were taken for surgeons not only in the United States but also for surgeons in Europe, Asia and South America. "The Star" truly shined bright and left many asking, "When can I have the Facet Gun?"
